EasyConferenceHub was born from frustration. As researchers ourselves, we spent countless hours wrestling with clunky submission systems, losing track of review assignments, and sending manual email reminders.
We knew there had to be a better way. So in 2025, we set out to build the conference management platform we wished existed: one that's beautiful, intuitive, and actually enjoyable to use.
