Who Reviews Abstracts?
Theme leaders and conference chairs review abstracts. Theme leaders review abstracts submitted to their themes, while conference chairs can review any abstract across all themes.
Accessing Abstracts for Review
1. Go to Theme Leader Dashboard
Access the conference and select your theme leader role.
2. Find the Abstract Review Tab
Click on the "Abstract Review" tab to see pending abstracts.
3. Select an Abstract
Click on an abstract to view its details and submit your review.

When reviewing an abstract, consider the following:
Relevance
Does the topic fit the conference themes?
Originality
Does it present novel ideas or approaches?
Clarity
Is the abstract well-written and clear?
Potential
Does it show promise for a full paper?
Submitting Your Decision
Rating
Provide an overall rating (1-5 stars) based on your assessment.
Comments
Write detailed feedback for the author. Be constructive and specific.
Decision
Choose to accept or reject the abstract.

After Accepting an Abstract
Once you accept an abstract:
Author is notified
Paper upload is enabled
Submission moves to paper review stage
