Add co-authors and manage author order on your submission

Author Types

Registered Users

Co-authors who have EasyConferenceHub accounts. Search by name or email to add them.

External Authors

Co-authors without accounts. Enter their name, email, and affiliation manually.

Adding Authors

Step 1: Click "Add Author"

In the Authors section of the submission form, click the "Add Author" button.

Step 2: Search or Enter Details

Search for registered users by typing their name or email. If not found, enter details manually.

Step 3: Add Affiliation

Enter the author's institution or organization affiliation.

Step 4: Confirm

Click "Add" to add the author to your submission.

Author Order

The order of authors is important in academic publishing. You can reorder authors by dragging and dropping.

1st Author

Prof. John Doe

Research Institute

2nd Author

Drag authors to reorder them

Corresponding Author

What is a Corresponding Author?

The corresponding author is the primary contact for all communications regarding the submission. They receive notifications about review decisions and are responsible for coordinating with co-authors.

Click the checkbox next to an author's name to mark them as the corresponding author.

Editing and Removing Authors

Edit Author

Click the edit icon to update an author's information or affiliation.

Remove Author

Click the delete icon to remove an author from the submission.
