Custom Domains
Serve your conference on its own domain
Overview
Enterprise plan conferences can be served on a custom domain (e.g. www.myconference.org) for a fully branded experience. All links, images, and navigation work seamlessly on both the default EasyConferenceHub URL and your custom domain.
How It Works
Your conference gets a default URL: easyconferencehub.com/c/your-slug
With a custom domain, visitors go directly to www.yourdomain.com
All pages, registration, and submissions work on both URLs
SSL/HTTPS is included automatically
Requirements
Enterprise plan with active payment
A domain name you control
Access to your domain's DNS settings
Setting Up Your Custom Domain
Contact Us
Send us your conference slug and the domain you would like to use. We will verify your Enterprise plan and begin the setup process.
Add a DNS Record
Point your domain to our server by adding a DNS record in your domain registrar's settings:
- Root domain (e.g. myconference.org) — add an A record pointing to the IP address we provide
- Subdomain (e.g. www.myconference.org) — add a CNAME record pointing to the hostname we provide
SSL Configuration
We configure SSL and link the domain to your conference. HTTPS is provisioned automatically so your visitors always have a secure connection.
You're Live
Your conference is now live on both URLs. Visitors can access it at easyconferencehub.com/c/your-slug and www.yourdomain.com.
What Gets Handled Automatically
URL Rewriting
All internal links adapt to the current domain. Links generated on your custom domain stay on your custom domain, and vice versa.
Image URLs
Storage and uploaded images load correctly on both domains without any additional configuration.
Navigation
Sidebar and header links work correctly on both domains. No manual URL adjustments are needed.
Cookies
Session and authentication cookies work per-domain automatically, ensuring a seamless login experience.
